We collect the account details you give us (name, email, phone), your business profile, and the booking data your clients submit through your FetchBook link. We also collect basic usage analytics to keep the product reliable.
Your data is used to run your booking calendar, send reminders on your behalf, and provide support. During the 3-day demo, everything you set up is stored so it carries over the moment you subscribe.
We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (payments, email, hosting), each bound by confidentiality terms.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your business data within 30 days.
